How to Get the $100 Commitment Fee Waived
The $100 fee is completely waived if the student completes all of the following within the first 14 days:
✅ Attend 2 lessons per week (8 total lessons)
✅ Post 4 performance or practice videos inside the community (2 per week)
This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about building momentum and proving commitment.
Students who meet these requirements almost always succeed long-term — this structure is here to support that outcome.
If Requirements Aren’t Met
The student continues into the 6-Month Accelerator
The $100 commitment fee is added to their chosen payment option
No refunds or extensions on the trial period

Extended Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions
1. Commitment Period
By selecting an Extended Payment Plan, you agree to a minimum 6-month commitment.
This plan is designed for students who are committed to consistent progress and long-term improvement.
2. No Free Trial
The 30-day money back gurantee does not apply to any Extended Payment Plan.
All payments made under this plan are final and non-refundable.
3. Monthly Payments
Payments will be billed monthly/weekly at the agreed rate.
Example:
Silver Plan – $300/month
Gold Plan - $499/month
Payments are automatically deducted each month for the duration of the 6-month commitment unless the exit option (see Section 4) is exercised.
4. Early Exit Option
If you wish to exit the agreement before completing the 6-month term, you may do so under one of the following options:
Option A – Pay Two Months Upfront
You may pay the equivalent of two months upfront at any time.
Upon payment, your agreement is considered fulfilled and you may cancel immediately.
Example:
Silver Plan = $300/month
Two months upfront = $600
Gold Plan = $499/month
Two months upfront = $998
After payment, you may cancel anytime.
Option B – Pay Two Months to Exit
If you are currently paying monthly and wish to exit before the 6-month term ends, you may pay the equivalent of two months’ fees as an early termination payment.
Example:
Silver Plan = $300/month
Gold Plan = $499/month
Exit fee = $600 silver / $998 Gold
Upon payment, the agreement is terminated immediately.
5. Failure to Pay
If a scheduled payment fails, access to lessons, materials, and community features may be paused until the account is brought up to date.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By enrolling in the Extended Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in Next Level Rock Guitar, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Commitment
All enrollments are for a 6-month or agreed upon commitment period.
Your place in the program is secured for the full duration of this commitment. This structure allows for clear progression, accountability, and meaningful results.
Financial responsibility remains in place for the full commitment period.
2. Payments
Payment plans (if selected) apply for the full 6-month or agreed commitment period.
Payments must be made on time as agreed at enrollment.
Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of lessons and access until resolved.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Early Exit / Cancellation
If a student chooses to discontinue before completing their 6-month or agreed commitment:
A minimum of 2 months’ payments (or equivalent value) is required as an exit fee.
If less than 2 months remain in the commitment period, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
Access to lessons and program materials will conclude once the exit fee or outstanding balance has been settled.
This policy protects the time, planning, and resources allocated to each student.
4. Attendance & Missed Lessons
Consistency is essential for progress.
No make-up lessons are provided for missed sessions.
Late cancellations are treated as missed lessons.
Lessons not attended for any reason (including illness, travel, or personal commitments) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Students are encouraged to prioritise their scheduled lesson times.
5. Holiday Mode (Pause Option)
Students who require temporary flexibility may apply for Holiday Mode.
Holiday Mode allows students to:
Remain active within the community
Attend one lesson per week
Maintain accountability and connection
Holiday Mode Terms
Holiday Mode is $59 per month.
Time spent in Holiday Mode extends the total lesson program commitment accordingly.
Holiday Mode must be requested in advance and approved by Next Level Rock Guitar.
Full program payments resume once Holiday Mode concludes.
Holiday Mode does not remove financial responsibility under the original commitment agreement.
Holiday Mode is designed to provide flexibility while preserving momentum and progress.
6. Program Changes
Next Level Rock Guitar reserves the right to:
Adjust lesson schedules if necessary
Modify program structure to improve quality
Substitute coaches where required
Any changes will maintain or enhance the overall student experience.
7. Student Responsibility
Students agree to:
Attend sessions prepared and ready to participate
Take responsibility for practice and implementation
Communicate respectfully within the community
Progress is a partnership between coach and student.
8. Code of Conduct
Next Level Rock Guitar maintains a positive, growth-focused environment.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
9. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.
Next Level Rock Guitar provides structure, coaching, and tools — progress depends on each student’s commitment and participation.
